C/M Capital Partners, LP, one of the Company’s largest shareholders, also participated. The sponsors will provide both capital and strategic support to position Forward Industries as the leading publicly traded institutional participant in the Solana ecosystem, leveraging Galaxy’s institutional platform, Jump Crypto’s infrastructure expertise, and Multicoin’s deep investment history in Solana projects.
