New Fortress Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: NFE) (“NFE” or the “Company”) today announced its receipt of an expected notice (the “Notice”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) stating that the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”) because the Company has not yet filed its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2025 (“Form 10-Q”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The Rule requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC. The Company is continuing to work diligently to finalize and file its Form 10-Q as soon as possible.
New Fortress Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NFE) (“NFE” or the “Company”) via a subsidiary has executed a 5-year agreement for the deployment of the Energos Winter, a 138,250 m3 floating storage and regasification unit (“FSRU”), with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (“EGAS”). The Winter will operate at EGAS’ LNG import terminal located at Damietta, Egypt. This is NFE’s second FSRU stationed in Egypt, and the Winter will join the Energos Eskimo in Egypt as early as August of this year.
