Horton for its third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025 decreased 18% to $3.36 compared to $4.10 in the same quarter of fiscal 2024. Net income attributable to D.R. Horton in the third quarter of fiscal 2025 decreased 24% to $1.0 billion compared to $1.4 billion in the same quarter of fiscal 2024. For the nine months ended June 30, 2025, net income per diluted share attributable to D.R. Horton decreased 18% to $8.53 compared to $10.43 in the same period of fiscal 2024. Net income attributable to D.R. Horton for the nine months ended June 30, 2025 decreased 23% to $2.7 billion compared to $3.5 billion in the same period of fiscal 2024.
